Well the simple point is that, the loss of identity has always been the first step towards subjugation. Secondly, the above two are some of the simplest for society to solve. They require no monetary funding, no human investment and the benefits can be seen overnight. In my somewhat naive thinking if one cant solve the easy problems, the hard ones cant be solved either)

• Oaths for the Monarchy in the 21st century??? ouch - (a.k.a. England deserves better.) At the time of writing a commemorative stamp celebrating the prince's 21st birthday was being planned. This is sad. A nation should honour its genuine greats. There are people who are intelligent with amazing contributions, some are caring, some are selfless, some helpful, some hard-working ... (but countries still choose to honor people based on their births?) And Britian has a plethora of greats, one sample being this list of British Scientists, sportspersons, artists, ... and more.
