At Stanford we have many tools that are licensed though Macrovision's FlexLm licensing software. Here are some Perl scripts that I wrote. They are available under the GNU license.

cad_watch - monitor the license servers

cad_watch.pl is a simple perl script I wrote to keep track of the license server(s) and notify me (or others) when licenses go down. It is configured via a simple text file.
